The default configuration for most any wireless network card (802.11b)should work
straight out of the box. In general:
- Make sure that Power Management is OFF.
- Use a network name of "ANY" or "*". If this doesn't work, try a network name of
"Telerama" (without the quotes).
- Make sure your card is NOT in ad-hoc mode.
- Configure TCP/IP to use the card and to get its addresses dynamically via DHCP.
- Be sure that WEP is disabled.
