Telerama's Privacy Policy
Telerama Respects the privacy of its subscribers.
All user account information including e-mail
addresses, messages, personal contact information, and billing or
credit card history is considered confidential. Telerama Internet
does not regularly inspect or garnish data from customer files,
except when required to perform system maintenance or provide customer
support, or in cases where a user is supected of violating our Terms
of Service through abuse of network services.
The release of confidential information to a third
party occurs upon the issuance of a subpoena, and only to the law
enforcement agency that issues the subpoena.
There is one exception to this policy: users who
request chargebacks of their credit-card fees or write bad checks. We
may share your information with financial institutions, collections
agencies, and the law. Please be advised.
